What a no-nonsense Western!
Never misses a one liner or a chance for a fistfight.
Too many stock characters with a lot of passed up chances for deeper characterization in the entire cast.
The setting doesn’t feel too much like a bunch of fabricated setpieces, except for a lot of the exterior scenes.
The effects aren’t great, and I feel like music could have played a bigger part than it did.
A I said at the beginning, it hits almost every part of being a straight forward Western. Unfortunately, this ultimately hinders it from becoming much else.
